We worked with Delia for over a year because we were very picky and knew what we were looking for. Bonny Joplin has been a pleasure to work with. She is completely involved and dedicated to her sellers. She knows her listings and she represents her sellers but making sure to be at every showing. I believe it is very hard to find Listing agents that will actually do their job and show your home as they were hired to do.
